Lobik is a young independent brewery from Maribor in Northeast Slovenia and their mission is to push the limits of hoppy beer. Check out their taproom and see how they are succeeding!

They got their name from a fat silver carp, as one of their co-founders got a fat fish-like shape from his excessive dedication to brewing. Their story began during intensive rowing trainings, after which the young friends, out of a desire for good beer, started experimenting with brewing. Eight long years of hard work had to pass before they were finally satisfied with their beer. They opened their own brewery in 2016 and soon became recognized as the best brewery in the region.
